odyssey eco return policy

30-day return policy

you have 30 days after receiving your odyssy eco linen towel to request a return.

to be eligible for a return:

• your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  
• you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

to start a return:

• contact us at odyssyeco@gmail.com.
• returns will need to be sent to the address provided in the email (insert return address here).
• we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
• items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

damages and issues

inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

exceptions / non-returnable items

• perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• custom products (special orders, personalized items)
• personal care goods (beauty products)
• hazardous materials
• flammable liquids or gases

contact us if you have questions about specific items.

• sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

exchanges

the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

european union 14 day cooling off period

if your order is shipped to the european union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. the same return conditions apply (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with receipt).  

refunds

we will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

• if approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
• please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
